Privacy Note
ACTALE is still in active product development. We collect only the information needed to manage private-alpha applications and improve the website experience. We do not sell personal information, and website analytics never include story content.
What we collect
The email you submit
When you apply for the private alpha, we store your email, the time you agreed to receive testing updates, and the submission time. A hidden anti-spam field is used only to block automated submissions.
Anonymous website events
To understand which content is genuinely useful, we may record an event type, random session identifier, page path, viewport width, and timestamp—for example, whether the “How it works” section was viewed or the story demo was selected.
What we explicitly do not record
Website analytics do not include your email, story conversations, character secrets, or free-form input. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, ACTALE will not send anonymous website events.
How we use this information
- To send private-alpha invitations and essential testing updates when the product is ready;
- To understand whether the website is clear and improve its structure and interactions;
- To protect the application endpoint from abuse and investigate service failures.
We do not share this information with unrelated third parties, except where required by law or where necessary infrastructure providers process it on our behalf.
Deletion and contact
To ask about or delete your private-alpha application, email hello@actale.cc from the address you used to apply. We will process the request after verification.
